Help Us Improve Our Network

At MobilityPlus, we want you to enjoy a seamless and efficient charging experience. Occasionally charging issues arise, and while we may not always be the operator of every charging station, we want to support you. That’s why we’re sharing some helpful tips that not only resolve problems, but also help improve our network. By informing us about certain situations we can work together to create a smoother charging experience for everyone!
1. Faulty Charging Station?
Call the Number on the Station
If a charging station isn’t working as expected, we understand this can be frustrating. While MobilityPlus isn’t always the operator, many stations have a service line available on-site. We recommend calling that number first to reach the responsible operator directly, who can act quickly. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, feel free to let us know, so we can work together to find a solution.
2. Occupied Charging Stations Shown as Available?
Let Us Know!
Our app is generally accurate, but there may be times when a charging station appears available while it’s actually occupied. If you encounter this, we would greatly appreciate you letting us know. Please note the exact location and charging station ID so we can contact the operator and take further steps to resolve this issue. Your feedback helps us optimize our app and service.
3. Connection Issues with Charging Card or App
Occasionally, a charging station may not immediately recognize a charging card or starting a session through the app may not go smoothly. In that cases: try testing your card at another station or check your internet connection. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out to us so we can work with the operator to identify the cause of the problem.
4. Issues with Ending a Charging Session
Sometimes a charging session doesn’t end when you unplug which can keep a station occupied longer than necessary. If this occurs, call the number on the station or contact us directly. Together we’ll ensure the station is made available for other EV drivers as soon as possible.
5. Slow Charging Speeds using a Fast Chargers
Fast chargers are designed for quick sessions but sometimes charging may be slower than expected. This could be due to the vehicle’s condition or the site’s energy supply. If you encounter this, please share the location details with us so we can investigate any underlying issues and relay them to the operator.
Working Together for an Optimal Network
At MobilityPlus, we believe in collaboration. Your reports and feedback are essential for improving charging experiences and resolving issues fast. With your help, we can respond to situations faster, improve communication, and further optimize our network.
Thank you for your commitment and trust in MobilityPlus. Together, we’re creating a seamless, green, and smart charging network!
